Artificial sweeteners: What is the least bad for your health? - sweetnlow health

Saccharin (Sweet N Low), sucralose (Splenda) or Aspartame (Equal)? Of the 3 I saw that Splenda, the least as "this and that" his health, but the fucking face fucking thing. I usually buy Splenda is mentioned, but SweetnLow buy today and it was almost half the price of another. Spleanda What's really dangerous?

The three of them are poisonous, and if you are looking for Web Search "saccharine poisoning", "Sucralose is poison" and "aspartame poisoning" probably needed to get away from all three.

No one is particularly bad. As with all chemicals that can be dangerous at high doses (much higher than in their only food).

For example, aspartame is broken down in the body of aspartic acid, phenyalanine (amino acid) and methanol. None of them danergous standard concentrations. The problem is only possible if phenyalanine an amino acid that can be dangerous for patients with phenylketonuria, a disease that prevents the metabolism of phenyalanine.

Saccharin - It completlely passively through the digestive system undigested, no ventilation, and as such, its fairly harmless. You can, however, insulin release caused when some people infreqeunt. No studies have been no proven link between this and cancer, although this claim is widespread.

Sucsparse - no impact on this, what has been discovered, or in all scientific studies. Studies have shown, problems are always in high doses (grams per day a person - that would be like hundreds of packets -) something in the vicinity of these values are allowed for a maximum of 15 mg per day to achieve lifetime that a barrel of the 600 times would be sweeter than sugar. Basically, like everything in moderation. Tons and tons of artificial sweeteners are not important to you and not tons of sugar. There is nothing inherently dangerous artificial sweeteners are better or worse than regular sucrose (Table sugar)

Splenda is "safer" of the three. It contains less chemicals and without aspartame. Aspartame is worse1 absolute causes of poisoning, headaches, irritability, fatigue, flu-like symptoms, severely dehydrated, cancer, diabetes and osteoporosis

The best is Stevia? It is a natural plant that is actually shown to fight cancer cells and has the best taste in general as well!
